Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of the British referendum known as Brexit on immigration, racial tensions and hate crimes along with the racism in the UK. Using the online newspaper articles and scientific articles, this thesis was designed to describe the post-Brexit situation. Cílem této studie je zkoumat dopady britského referenda o Brexitu na imigraci, rasové napětí a zločiny z nenávisti spojené s rasismem ve Spojeném království. Tato práce byla zpracována k popsání pobrexitové situaci s pomocí novinových a odborných článků. Výsledky ukazují, že zločiny z nenávisti byly převážně namířeny na muslimské imigranty.
