Rigorózní práce je zaměřena na vymezení postavení nezletilého v civilním soudním řízení, a to s cílem vypořádat se s otázkami, zda současná právní úprava poskytuje nezletilému dostatečné procesní záruky ochrany jeho práv a rovněž prostředky umožňující mu aktivně se účastnit řízení, které se jej bezprostředně dotýká.
