The possibilities of personal vehicles financing

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem práce je pojednat o možnostech financování osobních automobilů pro právnické osoby v České republice. V úvodu proběhne základní seznámení s problematikou financování osobních vozidel. Dále jsou zmíněny nejčastěji užívané formy financovaní, konkrétněji: finanční leasing, úvěr a operativní leasing. V teoretické části jsou rovněž uvedeny hlavní instituce poskytující výše zmíněné finanční instrumenty. V aplikační části práce jsou uvedeny specifikace modelové firmy, její potřeby a možnosti spolu s požadavkem na vozový park. Následuje porovnání funkčnosti a výhodnosti jednotlivých alternativ pro modelovou firmu a volba nejvhodnější varianty s odůvodněním vycházejícím z předchozích kapitol. Závěr shrnuje informace a zjištění obsažené v této bakalářské práci.

Abstract:

Main goal of this thesis is to refer about possibilities of financing vehicles for companies. The introduction part of the thesis contains basic information and introduction to issues related to leasing and other bank loans. Most common financial instruments used for financing personal vehicles are described in the theoretical part. It is especially focused on: financial leasing, bank credit loan and operative leasing. Theoretical part of thesis also includes list of main companies and banks that provide services regarding passenger cars financing. The practical part of the thesis focuses firstly on description of exemplary company with its requirements for company car fleet, and secondly using comparison of above mentioned possibilities as to find the most suitable way of financing for this company. Final part of thesis consists of recapitulation of most important parts of the whole thesis.
