Statistical Evaluation of the Movement of a Proband Wearing Long-term Special Sports Shoes

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce vznikla ve spolupráci s Centrem výzkumu obouvání Univerzity Tomáše Bati. Je zaměřena na statistické hodnocení a porovnání dvou různých měřených skupin z řad studentů Univerzity Tomáše Bati. První skupina zahrnovala pouze aktivní sportovce konkrétně fotbalisty. Do druhé skupiny byly vybráni lidé, co aktivně neprovozují žádný sport. Všechna data byla za souhlasu probandů měřena na dvou přístrojích, a to na 3D skeneru a Footscan?. Výsledkem této práce je statistické porovnání dvou měřených skupin a zkoumání vlivu dlouhodobé sportovní činnosti a nošení speciální sportovní obuvi na kvalitu chůze v běžném životě.

Abstract:

This thesis was written in cooperation with the Centre for Footwear Research at Tomas Bata University. It focuses on the statistical evaluation and comparison of two different measured groups of students from the University of Tomas Bata. The first group included only active athletes, specifically football players. The second group included people who do not actively participate in any sport. All data were measured with the consent of the probands on two devices, namely the 3D scanner and the Footscan?. The result of this work is a statistical comparison of the two measured groups and an investigation of the effect of long-term sports activity and wearing special sports shoes on the quality of daily life.
