Income Taxation of Executive Director and of Partner in a Limited Liability Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci příjmů společníka od společnosti s ručením omezeným, který je zároveň jednatelem této společnosti. Základem pro zpracování optimalizace příjmů společníka a jednatele je provedení analýzy vyplácených příjmů společností, analýzy odvodů za společnost, společníka a jednatele s vyhodnocením jejich vlivu na budoucí výši starobního důchodu a s využitím čerpání předdůchodu. Výsledkem je navržená varianta optimalizace příjmů společníka a jednatele, která není zatížena žádnými odvody.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on optimizing of the limited liability company companion’s income in the special case, when the companion is also the managing director of the company. The basis for the optimization processing of companion’s and managing director’s income is the analysis of all of his revenue including the analysis of the company, companion’s and managing director’s payments of the health insurance, social security and income tax paid in connection with the managing director’s salary and other kinds of his revenue from the company, with an assessment of their impact on future pension amount in connection of using the pre-retirement possibility. The result is the optimized combination of the companion’s and managing director’s income, which are not burdened by any additional charges (payments of health insurance, social security and income tax).
