Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku vzniku mikroregionů a zabývá se proměnou prostředí v perspektivě plánování a správy. První část je věnována definici prostředí,jeho vlivu na jedince a typům prostředí. Následně práce rozvíjí jeden z typů lokálního prostředí, a tím je venkovské prostředí. This Bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of microregion formation and it deals with environment changes from the perspective of planning and administration. The first part is devoted to the definition of environment, its impact on the individual and types of environment.
