Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hypotečních úvěrů z hlediska jejich historického vývoje a změn, které přinesl nový občanský zákoník. Cílem práce je nalezení důvodů, proč jsou hypoteční úvěry nyní v tak velké oblibě veřejnosti, a dále bude srovnávat hypoteční úvěry s jinými způsoby financování bydlení. Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of mortgage loans in terms of their historical development and changes introduced by the new Civil Code. The aim is to find the reasons why mortgage loans are now in such great popularity to the public and will continue to compare mortgage loans with other forms of housing finance.
