Tato diplomová práce se zaměřila na změny v sebehodnocení a vnímané osobní účinnosti u skupiny dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných jedinců, nalezené rozdíly byly dále prověřovány z hlediska jejich osobních dispozic. This diploma work focuses the changes in the self-esteem and in the perceived personal effectiveness at a group of long-term unemployed people. The differences found were cross-checked in respect to their personal conditions.
