Self-knowledge and self-reflection in the work of therapists

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na sebepoznání a sebereflexi v práci terapeutů. Teoretická část předává informace o terapii, terapeutovi, psychoterapeutickém výcviku Virginie Sa-tirové a sebereflexi. Praktická část je zaměřena na možnosti sebepoznání a sebereflexe tera-peutů, kteří absolvovali výcvik Virginie Satirové a v současné době pracují jako terapeuti. Výzkumné šetření, které jsem provedla pomocí rozhovorů, zjistilo, že terapeuti ve výcviku Virginie Satirové pozitivně hodnotí a vnímají svůj osobnostní rozvoj, poznání sebe sama a uvědomění si vlastní hodnoty.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on self-knowledge and self-reflection in the work of thera-pists. The theoretical part provides information about therapy, therapist, psychotherapeutic training of Virginia Satirová and self-reflection. The practical part is focused on the possi-bilities of self-knowledge and self-reflection of therapists who have completed the training of Virginia Satirova and currently work as therapists. The research, which I conducted through interviews, found that therapists in Virginia Satir's training positively evaluate and perceive their personal development, self-knowledge and self-esteem.
