Abstract:

Práce pojednává o výzkumu v organizaci Greenpeace v České republice. Hlavní pozornost je soustředěna na strategie a každodenní praktiky organizace, skrze něž funguje. Výzkum je také zaměřen na specifickou povahu vztahů, které zde vznikají. První část práce obsahuje vymezení konceptu organizační kultura v humanitních vědách, vliv antropologie a působení antropologů v organizačních studiích. Druhá část je propojením vlastních poznatků a zkušeností získaných z terénu s teoretickými přístupy z odborné literatury. Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jakým způsobem organizace Greenpeace využívá různé formy kapitálu ke svému působení a jak tyto kapitály získává. Cílem druhým je snaha odhalit hierarchii v organizaci a popsat, na základě jakých faktorů je určována.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with a research in the organization Greenpeace in the Czech Republic. The main focus is on strategies and everyday practices of the organization through which it works. The research is also focused on the specific nature of the relationships that are formed here. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of the concept of the organizational culture in the humanities, the influence of anthropology and anthropologists in organizational studies. The second part is the link between my own knowledge and experience gained through field working and theoretical approaches in literature. The aim of the thesis is to find out how Greenpeace uses various forms of capital for its activities and how it gains these capitals. Second aim is to reveal the hierarchy in the organization and describe, on the basis of which factors it is determined.
