Abstract:
Pluripotentní buňky mají velký potenciál pro uplatnění v buněčné terapii. Změny v metabolismu mohou ovlivnit kvalitu pluripotentních buněk, například právě jejich pluripotenci nebo diferenciační potenciál. Kmenové buňky se proto snaží vyhnout oxidativnímu stresu a tím také oxidativní fosforylaci, která je významným zdrojem radikálů v buňce. Stem cells present potencially important tool for regenerative medicine and cell therapy. The quality of stem cells, including their pluripotency and differentiation potencial may be significantly affected by basic metabolic changes.
