Neural Network-based Antispam Heuristics

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá antispamovou heuristikou založenou na neuronových sítích. Teoretická část práce se zaměřila na seznámení s problematikou spamu a neuronových sítí. V části věnované spamu bylo definováno co to spam vlastně je, jaký je jeho obsah, jaké jsou techniky rozpoznávání spamu a byly popsány metody boje proti spamu. Část věnovaná neuronovým sítím popisuje základní teorii a rozvádí myšlenku použití neuronových sítí při detekci spamu. Praktická část se zabývá samotnou tvorbou neuronové sítě, programováním a testováním aplikace sloužící k detekci spamu.

Abstract:

This thesis deal with Neural Network-based Antispam Heuristics. The theoretical part is focusing on familiarization with the problematics of spam and neural networks. The part dedicated to spam contain definition of what spam actually is, what is its content, which techniques of spam detection exist, methods of fight against spam are described as well. The section dedicated to neural networks describes the basic theory and elaborates on the idea of neural networks usage for spam detection. The practical part deal with creation of the neural network itself, programming and testing of the application used to detect spam.
