Abstract:
Ve své práci popisuji v první kapitole vývoj notářství. Následující tři kapitoly jsou rozděleny podle činnosti notáře. Popisuji jak platnou právní úpravu, tak i hisoricky vývoj u nás. Druhá kapitola se tedy zabývá notářem jako soudním komisařem a dědickým řízením vůbec, třetí notářem jako insolvenčním správcem a poslední notářem jako právním poradcem.
Abstract:
In my diploma thesis I examine, in the first chapter, summary of the development of notary office. Following three chapter are divided according to a notary work. I describe current legislation, but I also focuse on the historical point of view of the notary in Czech lands.
