Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem práce z domova, vysvětluje definici a objasňuje pojmy s ním spojené, jako homeworking, teleworking a další. V teoretické části jsou objasněny podmínky nutné při využití práce z domova, stejně tak výhody a nevýhody jejího použití z pohledu zaměstnance i zaměstnavatele.
