Diplomová práce se zabývá testováním nově vyvíjeného zařízení pro porovnání vlastností protilátek s cílem vybrat mezi produkty dostupnými na trhu tu s nejvyšší specifitou a afinitou k danému antigenu. Jako modelový systém antigenu a protilátky byl použit chymotrypsin a anti-chymotrypsinové prasečí sérum, pro který byl nejprve vyvinut protokol pro klasický dotblot.
