Abstract:
Práce se zabývá adaptačním procesem odběrových sester v nejmenované zdravotnické firmě. Vychází z teoretických zdrojů jako např. vedení nových pracovníků a jejich řízení a analyzuje jednotlivé fáze adaptačního procesu od náboru zdravotnických pracovníků až po jeho průběh, rizika, roli školitele atd. This work deals with the adaptation process of nurses in blood collection centres, specifically in an unnamed medical facility having been active on the market for more than 20 years.
