Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is the study of crisis management and the determination of the guidelines for the rational management of the companies’ finance. Based on the objectives we can form the following tasks: 1) study the theoretical aspects and the content of the global crisis and crisis management; 2) to consider the financial situation of the company; 3) determine the main directions of improving of crisis management. The object of the study is LLC "Sphere" The subject of the study - crisis management of enterprise’s finance. As the theoretical basis were used legal documents, manuals, materials, periodicals.
