Developing explosive power at the goalkeeper in handball

Abstract:

Práce se v hlavním tématu zabývá rozvoji výbušné síly u brankáře v házené. V teoretické části je popsána stručná historie, charakteristika a pravidla házené. V textu je zodpovězena otázka brankářské role, činnost brankáře a také jsou zmíněny fyziologické procesy. Posledním teoretickým podtitulem je téma výbušná síla, kde se nachází obecné vysvětlení, použití síly u brankáře a možnost využití nejvhodnějších metod rozvoje. V druhé praktické části práce se nachází už samotné zásobníky cviků na rozvoj výbušné síly, nejprve obecný rozvoj výbušné síly poté specifický, zaměřený na brankáře.

Abstract:

Working with the main topic deals with the developing explosive power at the goalkeeper in handball. The theoretical part describes the brief history, characteristics and rules of handball. The text is answered the question goalie role, activity goalkeeper and also are mentioned physiological processes. The last topic is subtitled theoretical explosive power, where there is a general explanation of the use of force by the goalkeeper and the possibility of using the most appropriate methods of development. The practical part of the work is already own trays exercises for the development of explosive power, first the general development of explosive power after the specificaimed on the goal.
