The theoretical part deals with communication in general and explains models of communication as well as the term 'company communication'. Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá faxem, jakožto prostředkem externí firemní komunikace společnosti SM-SYSTEME GmbH. Teoretická část pojednává o komunikaci, která se dále zaměřuje na obecný pojem komunikace, komunikační modely a firemní komunikaci.
