Summary of modern transistors for analog audio power amplifiers
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci jsou popsány jednotlivé stupně výkonových audio zesilovačů. Do jednotlivých stupňů jsou zde sepsány tranzistory a jejich případné dostupné náhrady. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na měření některých parametrů tranzistorů. V poslední kapitole jsou sepsány vhodné tranzistory pro dané typy zesilovačů.
Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis there are described the individual steps for power audio amplifier. Transistors and their relevant available substitutes are divided into separate steps. The next chapters are oriented on measurements of some parameter transistors. The last chapter shows useful transistors for existing types amplifiers.
