Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na projekt vytvoření rodinné farmy v obci Klobouky u Brna, která bude specializována na pěstování fíkovníků a současně se bude zaměřovat na agroturistické aktivity. V literárním přehledu jsou uvedeny obecné informace o založení rodinné farmy, podmínky pro pěstování fíkovníků, konkrétní druhy hospodářských zvířat, které se budou chovat na farmě. Dále je zde charakteristika oblasti, kde se bude projekt realizovat. Ve vlastní práci je uvedena analýza projektu zahrnující, služby pro veřejnost, náklady a příjmy spojené s pěstováním fíků a agroturistikou. Sestavený podnikatelský plán posuzuje finanční proveditelnost projektu.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the project of establishing a family farm in the village of Klobouky near Brno, which will specialize in cultivating fig trees and simultaneously focus on agrotouristic activities. The literature review provides general information on setting up a family farm, conditions for growing fig trees, specific types of livestock to be raised on the farm. Additionally, there is a description of the area where the project will be implemented. The main work includes an analysis of the project, including services for the public, costs and revenues associated with fig cultivation and agrotourism. The compiled business plan evalu-ates the financial feasibility of the project.
