Analysis of the possibilities of utilisation of the financial tools to govern the waste management on the territory of the municipality
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje popisu problematiky nastavení finančních nástrojů pro řízení odpadového hospodářství na území obcí. Zabývá se aktuální právní úpravou odvětví a pomocí komparativní analýzy usiluje o nejvhodnější výběr z dostupných zákonných místních poplatků pro oblast řízení odpadového hospodářství.
Abstract:
The work is devoted to description of the problematics of setting financial tools to govern the waste management of the territory of the municipality. It deals with current legislation of the industry and by comparative analysis it tries to find the best choice from the accessible legal local charges for the governing of waste management.
