Práce je věnována studiu lidských a rostlinných patogenů pomocí kapilární zónové elektroforézy a kapilární izoelektrické fokusace. Modifikace mikroorganismů PB-PEG pro fluorimetrickou detekci.
Abstract:
This work is about research of human and plant pathogens by capillary zone electrophoresis and capillary isoelectric focusing and modification microorganisms by PB-PEG for fluorimetric detection.
