Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení zásob ve společnosti KRPA PAPER, a.s. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se řízení zásob, zejména definice zásob, jejich význam pro podnik, a členění zásob. The bachelor's thesis deals with inventory management in the company KRPA PAPER, a.s. The theoretical part is focused on the explanation of basic concepts related to inventory management, especially the definition of inventory, its importance for the company and the dividing of inventory.
