Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice připravenosti a přípravy žáků gastronomických oborů střední odborné školy na jejich pozdější uplatnění v pracovní činnosti, konkrétně v podnikání v gastronomických službách, a z toho vyplývající potřebě zařazení progresivních inovací do výuky odborných předmětů na SOŠ a SOU obchodu a služeb v Chrudimi.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problematice of readiness and preparation of the students of gastronomy fields of secondary specialized school and their employment in the working process later. It specifically concentrates on gastronomical services business and the need of involvment of progressive innovations to the teaching of professional subjects in SOŠ a SOU obchodu a služeb in Chrudim.
