Victims of violent crime in a health and social perspective

Anotácia:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pomoc obětem násilných trestných činů. Cílem teoretické části práce bylo vymezení teoretických, empirických a metodologických východisek, které měly vést k porozumění kontextu výzkumu, objasnit termíny jako jsou viktimizace oběti, restorativní justice či multidisciplinární pomoc obětem násilných trestných činů. Výzkumná část navazuje na teoretické poznatky. Cílem výzkumné části práce bylo zjistit, analyzovat a popsat formou kvalitativního výzkumu polostrukturovanými rozhovory s obětmi, jakým způsobem jim bylo v těžké životní situaci pomoženo, jak se o možnostech pomoci dozvěděli a jak svou situaci prožívali.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on helping victims of violent crimes. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis was to define theoretical, empirical and methodological starting points that should lead to an understanding of the research context, to clarify terms such as victimization of the victim, restorative justice or multidisciplinary assistance to victims of violent crimes. The research part follows on from theoretical findings. The goal of the research part of the work was to find out, analyze and describe in the form of qualitative research through semi-structured interviews with the victims, how they were helped in a difficult life situation, how they learned about the possibilities of help and how they experienced their situation.
