Comparison of credit and leasing financing

Abstract:

Práce je započata objasněním leasingového financování, zaměřena na druhy tohoto financování, leasingové splátky a v neposlední řadě také na výhody a nevýhody této moderní formy získávání majetku. Dále je blíže popsáno úvěrové financování, které je především zaměřené na rozčlenění úvěrů, splácení a jiná další specifika. Komparace obou těchto forem financování, jež je stěžejní částí, je probrána v teoretické rovině a poté je provedena analýza konkrétních nabídek pro vybraného podnikatele. K tomu je využito matematických metod: celkové výše splátek, diskontovaných výdajů na leasing a úvěr a čisté výhody leasingu. V celkové komparaci je porovnání všech financování, vyhodnocení a určení nejvýhodnější nabídky. V závěru je připojeno stručné srovnání havarijního pojištění a povinného ručení.

Abstract:

The thesis begins with an explanation of lease financing, focused on types of financing, lease payments and also on advantages and disadvantages of this modern type of property acquisition. Credit financing, especially focused on breakdown of loans, repayment and other specifics, is further described. Comparison of these two forms of financing is an important part of the analysis. It is discussed at a theoretical level and also through the performance of analytical procedures, using specific offers for selected businessmen. The following mathematical methods are used to perform the comparison: total amount of payments, discounted costs of leasing, credit and lease-net benefits. The overall comparison contains summary of all funding, evaluation and selection of the optimal offer. The conclusion contains a brief comparison of accident insurance and damage liability.
