Dysmenorrhoea

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá tématem dysmenorea. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, z teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části je nejprve problém uveden do kontextu a je v ní popsána anatomie a fyziologie reprodukčních orgánů ženy, kromě toho i fyziologický menstruační cyklus, poruchy menstruačního cyklu a pánevní bolesti. Druhá část teorie se věnuje přímo danému tématu. Je pojednáno o druzích dysmenorey, příčinách vzniku primární dysmenorey, nejčastějších projevech a možnostech řešení primární dysmenorey. V empirické časti je použito kvalitativního i kvantitativního výzkumu. Hlavním cílem bylo zjistit, které ženy trpí dysmenoreou častěji, zmapovat nejčastěji uváděné faktory způsobující dysmenoreu u dotazovaných žen a zmapovat metody, které při obtížích ženy nejvíce užívají. Shrnutí rozhovorů a jejich východiska jsou zahrnuty v textu a následně v tabulkách. Výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu jsou zpracovány do grafů. V práci se podařilo prokázat, že dysmenoreou trpí nadpoloviční podíl žen a že dysmenorea častěji postihuje mladší a vzdělanější ženy. Významným zjištěním bylo také to, že na dysmenoreu má významný vliv transgenerační faktor (dědičný faktor v ženské linii).

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the topic of dysmenorrhoea. The thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, the problem is first mentioned in the context and it describes the anatomy and physiology of women's reproductive organs, as well as the physiological menstrual cycle, disorders of the menstrual cycle and pelvic pain. The second part of the theory focuses on the topic directly. It deals with the types of dysmenorrhoea, causes of primary dysmenorrhoea, the most common manifestations and the possibilities of dealing with primary dysmenorrhoea. In the empirical part, a qualitative and quantitative survey is used. The main objective was to find out which women suffer from dysmenorrhoea more often, to map out the most frequently cited factors causing dysmenorrhoea in the women interviewed and to map out the methods that most use the women's difficulties. Summaries of the interviews and their starting points are included in the text and then in the tables. Quantitative survey results are processed into charts. The work has shown that dysmenorrhoea suffers from a high proportion of women and that dysmenorrhoea often affects younger and more educated women. An important finding was that transgeneration factor (hereditary factor in the female line) was significantly affected by dysmenorrhoea.
