Abstract:
Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku spojů s vysokou teplotní odolností. V úvodu práce je rešerše kontaktovacích metod, jejich omezení, principy a výhody. Dále je tam rešerše materiálů pro desky plošných spojů, vodivé cesty a vodiče samotné. V dalších kapitolách je experimentální návrh, příprava, realizace a testování reálných spojů společně s vyhodnocenými výsledky. Závěr pak obsahuje …more

The presented diploma thesis is focused on the issue of connections with high temperature resistance. The introduction is a search of contact methods, their limitations, principles and benefits. There is also a search for materials for printed circuit boards, conductive paths and the conductors themselves.
