V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme sestavení přehledu nejdůležitějších mutací vedoucích k rozvoji kognitivních dysfunkcí. In this thesis we deal with compiling a summary of the most important mutations leading to development of cognitive disorders. These disorders represent serious and widespread problem for which the cause is not always known.
