The role of the United Nations Security Council in keeping the international peace
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na roli Rady bezpečnosti OSN v rámci zachování světového míru. V práci jsou uvedeny dokumenty, na jejichž základě Rada bezpečnosti pracuje. Práce zmiňuje také oblasti konfliktů ve světě a mírové mise, které musí na tato místa dohlížet. Součástí práce je též pohled na soudobé výzvy Rady bezpečnosti, včetně reformy, či války proti terorismu.
Abstract:
This work aims at the role of the United Nations Security Council in keeping the international peace. There are introduced documents, which are important to Security Council work. This work also mention the world conflict areas and the missions, which must control these places. One part of this work is focused on the current challenges of the Security Council including the reform or the war on terror …more
