Facility management at the time of the coronavirus at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou nákladů střediska FIS/4 společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Cílem práce je pomocí porovnání plánovaných nákladů s jejich skutečným vývojem v roce 2020 identifikovat konkrétní dopady pandemie Covid-19 na náklady útvaru FIS/4. V první části bakalářské práce je definován Facility management z hlediska historického vývoje a jeho samotného přínosu. V druhé části se nachází charakteristika nákladů a jejich samotné členění podle různých kritérií. Třetí část bakalářské práce je věnována rozpočtování nákladů a jejich rozřazení. V neposlední řadě obsahuje formy rozpočtů. Poslední část je věnována analýze plánovaných a skutečných režijních nákladů v oddělení FIS/4 společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Spolu s identifikací dopadů Covid-19 na náklady tohoto střediska.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the cost analysis of the FIS/4 department of ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The aim of the work is to identify the specific impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on the costs of the FIS/4 department by comparing the planned costs with their actual development in 2020. The first part of the bachelor thesis defines Facility management in terms of historical development and its contribution. The second part contains the characteristics of costs and their breakdown according to various criteria. The third part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to cost budgeting and their classification. Finally, it contains the forms of budgets. The last part is devoted to the analysis of planned and actual overhead costs in the FIS/4 department of ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Identifying the impacts of Covid-19 on the costs of this department.
