Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracovat jednotlivé kroky, které by vedly při aplikaci ke vzniku restaurace. Práce je pojatá jako analýza obecných postupů při založení nové restaurace. The subject of this master thesis is to develope individual steps that would lead to the application of restaurants. The work is conceived as an analysis of the general procedures for the establishment of a new restaurant.
