Diplomová práce se zabývá historickoprávní analýzou totalitních režimů německého nacismu a italského fašismu. Přitom je práce zaměřena na společné znaky a odlišnosti, na to, jakým způsobem se dostali ve svých státech k moci, moc si udrželi a zlikvidovali opozici. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. This thesis deals with the historical and legal analysis of the totalitarian regimes of German Nazism and Italian Fascism. The work is focused on common characteristics and differences the way they got in their countries to power, the power to maintain and destroyed the opposition.
