Health status of bog pine on peat-bogs of the Třeboň basin.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením zdravotního stavu borovice blatky na třeboňské pánvi. Analýze byly podrobeny lokality národní přírodní rezervace Žofinka, Červené blato, přírodní rezervace Rybníky u Vitmanova a bezejmenný porost, náležící do LHC Dolní hvozd v oddělení 352. Nejvýznamnějším škodlivým činitelem je lidská činnost, z přírodních faktorů je vysoce škodlivé jmelí bílé (Viscum album L.), vítr a zvěř. Vedlejšími četnými elementy jsou ohňovec borový (Phellinus pini B.), invazní druh (Lecanosticta acicola T.) způsobující hnědou sypavku borovice a občasně se objevující požáry. Zdravotní stav borovice blatky je stabilní, žádný ze zjištěných škodlivých činitelů ji neohrožuje z krátkodobého hlediska, pokud nedojde k neočekávané gradaci. Problém pro její přežití v České republice tkví také v pronikání běžných hospodářských dřevin, zejména v rozpínavosti borovice lesní, která blatku překonává v mnoha ohledech.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of the health status of bog pine on peatbogs of the Třeboň basin. The localities of the Žofinka National Nature Reservation, Červené Blato, Rybníky u Vitmanova Nature Reservation and an unnamed stand belonging to the LHC Dolní Hvozd in Department 352 were subjected to analysis. The most significant harmful factor is human activity. From the natural factors the highly harmful are white mistletoe (Viscum album), wind and animals. Numerous secondary elements are the (Phellinus pini) and an invasive species (Lecanosticta acicola) causing brown powdery mildew of pine and occasional fires. The health status of the bog pine is stable, none of the detected harmful factors threaten it in the short term, unless there is an unexpected gradation. The problem for its continued survival in the Czech Republic also lies in the penetration of common economic tree species; especially in the expansion of Scots pine, which surpasses bog pine in many ways.
