Current market infrastructure of trading of investment instruments and its possible development

Anotace:

Táto práce zkoumá aktuální stav tržní infrastruktury obchodování s investičními nástroji, definuje a popisuje celkový segment, do kterého tato infrastruktura patří, a následně analyzuje jeji aktuální a budoucí vývoj. První a druhá části jsou věnovány teoretickému rozboru problematiky obecně a na příkladě České Republiky. Třetí a čtvrtá části následně podrobně věnuje dominantním faktorům vývoje globální tržní infrastruktury s ohledem na rozsáhlé změny ve struktuře regulaci mezinárodních kapitálových trhů, určují konkrétní vývojové trendy a jejich původ, a zohledňují příslušná rizika.

Abstract:

This thesis examines the current state of the market infrastructure of trading with financial instruments, defines and describes the overall segment to which the infrastructure belongs, and then analyzes its current and future development. The first and second parts are devoted to theoretical analysis of the problem in general and to the particular example of the Czech Republic. The third and fourth parts than closely follow the examination of the dominant factors of the global market infrastructure in accordance with major changes in the structure of regulation of international capital markets, identify specific current and future trends and their origin, and take into consideratio the relevant risks.
