Analysis and modelling of KPI for SaaS
Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti společnosti využívající SaaS a následně nalézt modely, jenž by pomohly při predikování klíčových ukazatelů výkonnosti. Práce také zahrnuje praktickou část, ve které jsou diskutovány klíčové ukazatele výkonnosti společnosti Legito a aplikovány predikční modely probírané v první části z teoretického hlediska.
Abstract:
The goal of this thesis is to analyse key performance indicators of a company providing SaaS and then to find models, that would help to predict the key performance indicators. There is also a practical part included in which the key performance indicators of the company Legito are discussed and prediction models, mentioned in the first part of the thesis, are applied.
