The legal form and OSH management application with the examples from the manufacturing companies

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti práce ve výrobním podniku a následnou podrobnou analýzou stávajícího systému BOZP ve společnosti ANTARES a.s. Teoretická část dokumentu zpracovává základní pojmy, definice, historický vývoj této oblasti, přehled kontrolních a regulujících organizací, souvisejících norem, platné legislativy a práva a povinnosti pro zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance, vyplývající ze zákona. V dokumentu je vyzdvižen také význam BOZP pro podnik i celou ekonomiku z mikroekonomického i makroekonomického hlediska. Dále hodnotí aktuální stav bezpečnosti práce na lokálním trhu dle vývoje ukazatelů pracovních úrazů. Primárním cílem práce je aplikovat získané teoretické poznatky z oblasti BOZP na společnost ANTARES a.s. a vyhodnotit jeho slabé a silné stránky a pomocí doporučení sestavit optimální systém řízení bezpečnosti práce a ochrany zdraví, použitelný pro tento podnik. V rámci této práce byly využity metody pozorování, analýzy, převážně pak SWOT analýzy nebo syntézy získaných dat a informací.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of occupational safety in a factory, followed by the detailed analysis of the existing system of occupational health and safety in the company ANTARES a.s. The theoretical part of the document introduces basic concepts, definitions, historical development of the local market, the overview of supervisory and regulatory organizations, related standards and legislation and the rights and obligations of employers and employees under the law. The document also points out the importance of OHS for the company and the whole economy from microeconomic and macroeconomic perspective and evaluates the current state OHS in the local market by the development of indicators of occupational accidents. The primary goal of this thesis is to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in the field of OHS at the company ANTARES and evaluate its strengths and weaknesses and through the recommendations to draw up an optimal control system of occupational safety and health, to be used for that company. There were used methods of observation, analysis, mainly the SWOT analysis and synthesis of acquired data and information.
