Awareness of the population (parents of children) on the prevention of tick-borne encephalitis in a child.

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na téma "Informovanost populace (rodičů dětí) o prevenci klíšťové encefalitidy u dítěte?. V teoretické části bakalářské práce se zabýváme samotným onemocněním klíšťovou encefalitidou, problematikou prevence. Zmiňujeme se o klinických příznacích, v jednotlivých odstavcích se snažíme popisovat celkovou charakteristiku onemocnění, kdo je přenašečem, jaké jsou příčiny, jaké jsou rizikové faktory, dále čím se onemocnění vyznačuje, čím se diagnostikuje a v neposlední řadě jak se léčí. Jako další část a současně dílčí cíl bylo zaměřit se na problematiku komplikací, zjistit informovanost respondentů o možných komplikacích onemocnění. Snažíme se laikům zdůraznit význam očkování jako důležitý bod prevence. Poskytnout lidem další možnosti prevence. V praktické části bakalářské práce zkoumáme, jak jsou rodiče mateřské školy Montesorri informovaní o prevenci klíšťové encefalitidy, zda jsou srozuměni a informováni o komplikacích a možnostech léčby.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on "Awareness of the population (parents, children) to prevent tick-borne encephalitis in a child." In the theoretical part of the thesis deals with the illness tick-borne encefalitis- the issue of prevention. I mention about the clinical symptoms. I trying to describe the overall characteristics disease in individual paragraphs. Who is a Carrier? What are the causes? What are the risk factors? As well as how the disease is characterized by. What is diagnosed and the last how to treat it. As a further part- while minor objective- was to focus on the issue of complications, find information about respondents possible complications of the disease. I try to emphasize the importance of vaccination laity as an important point of prevention. I try to emphasize give people more options of prevention. I investigate how the parents of kindergarten Montesorri informed about prevention of tick-borne encefalitis in the practical part of the thesis. How the are informed and understand the complications and treatment options. My survey's results testify, that the parents aken´t entirely familiar with this disease and they don´t pay enough attention.
