Hybrid Warfare

Abstract:

V diplomové práci se autor zaměřuje na otázku hybridní války z hlediska informačního prostoru, kde nejprve představuje a kategorizuje metody informačního boje, které používají tendenční zpravodajské portály. Následně tyto metody kategorizuje a připravuje k analytickému vyhodnocení. Autor představuje metodiku dílčí analýzy tendenčně zaměřeného informačního prostoru a následně provádí závěrečnou analýzu, kdy určuje největší hrozby v informačním prostoru z hlediska informační přípravy bojiště, shrnuje poznatky dosažené analýzou za sledované období a prezentuje závěry z nich vyplývající. Tyto pak mohou sloužit jednak jako doporučení pro odbory komunikace klíčových institucí jakými jsou např. AČR či MO ČR, jednak jako podklad pro budování či úpravu komunikační strategie a jednak jako vodítko pro efektivní zacílení informační kampaně k eliminaci největších výše uvedených s cílem zachovat mediální obraz institucí klíčové infrastruktury státu.

Abstract:

In the diploma thesis, the author focuses on the issue of hybrid warfare from the point of view of the information domain, where he first presents and categorizes the methods of information warfare used by tendentious news portals. Subsequently, he categorizes these methods and prepares them for analytical evaluation. The author presents the methodology of the partial analysis of the tendentially focused information space and then performs the final analysis, where he determines the biggest threats in the information space from the point of view of battlefield information preparation, summarizes the findings achieved by the analysis for the observed period and presents the resulting conclusions. These can then serve both as recommendations for the communication departments of key institutions such as the Czech Armed Forces and the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic, as a basis for building or modifying a communication strategy and as a guide for effective targeting of the information campaign to eliminate the largest ones mentioned above with the aim of preserving the media image institutions of the state's key infrastructure.
