Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat tématem Sůl ve společném stravování dětí od 1 roku do 7 let. V teoretické části bude popsán psychomotorický vývoj dítěte od jednoho do sedmi let, dále výživová doporučení pro obsah soli ve stravě dané věkové skupiny dle nejnovějších vědeckých poznatků, srovnány s dostupnými výzkumy v České republice i celosvětově. The bachelor thesis will deal with the topic Salt in institutional diet of children aged 1 - 7. In the theoretical part psychomotor development of a child aged from 1 to 7 years will be described, next nutritional guidelines for the salt intake in the diet of a specific age group according to the latest scientific findings.
