Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá vztahy osobních asistentů s rodiči dětí s postižením u nichž asistují a jejich hranicemi. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak asistenti vnímají vztah s rodiči, jestli si dokáží udržet profesionální hranici a jakým způsobem ovlivňují vztahy samotnou osobní asistenci. The work is focused on relations between personal assistants and parents of handicapped children who they provide assistance for, and their boundaries. The aim of the work is to find out how assistants perceive the relation with the parents, if they are able to keep professional boundaries and how this relation influences personal assistance.
