Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o právní úpravě smlouvy o dílo v České republice. Praktickou část práce zaměřuji na aplikaci právní úpravy o vadách díla v obchodní smlouvě o dílo. Postupně proberu, rozdíl mezi kupní smlouvou a smlouvou o dílo, definuji předmět díla, základní znaky, platební podmínky, vady díla a hlavně provedení díla

This bachelor thesis deals with the legal regulation of contract for work in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is focused on the application in the contract for work of the legal regulation of defects.
