Abstract:

Absolventská práce popisuje přístup rodinné konference jako jednu z možností sociální práce s ohroženou rodinou s dítětem. Zaměřuje se na rodinu dnes a vzniklé situace, které ji ovlivňují a činí z ní tak rodinu ohroženou. Práce seznamuje s účastníky rodinných konferencí a jejich rolemi, které v procesu zastávají. Součástí je též popis celého procesu rodinné konference od jejího zadání, přípravy, přes samotné rodinné setkání, až po uskutečnění plánu a jeho hodnocení. Pozornost je věnována rodinným konferencím v kontextu České republiky, počátkům implementace přístupu do českého prostředí a legislativnímu ukotvení. Pro porovnání jsou též uvedené poznatky ze sousedních států České republiky o jejich praxi v rámci rodinných konferencí, zavádění přístupu a jeho rozvoji. Praktická část mapuje rodinné konference z pohledu odborníků zabývající se realizací rodinných konferencí v České republice, zaměřuje se na rozdíly, vývoj a pokroky, které odborníci během své praxe zaznamenali. Též jsou uvedeny potřebné kroky, které je potřeba učinit, aby se rodinné konference staly běžnou součástí sociální práce s ohroženou rodinou s dítětem.

Abstract:

The graduate thesis describes the approach of a family conference as one of the options of social work with a family at risk with a child. It focuses on the family today and the situations which affect the family and make it an endangered family. Thesis introduces the participants of family conferences and their roles in the process. It also includes a description of the entire process of a family conference, from its assignment, preparation, through the family meeting, to the implementation of the plan and its evaluation. Attention is paid to family conferences in the context of the Czech Republic, the beginnings of the implementation of the approach to the Czech environment and legislative anchoring. For comparison, there are also findings from neighbouring countries of the Czech Republic about their practice in family conferences, the implementation of the approach and its development. The practical part maps family conferences from the perspective of experts involved in the implementation of family conferences in the Czech Republic, it focuses on the differences, development and progress that experts have experienced during their practice, also lists the necessary steps to take to make family conferences a common part of social work with an endangered family with a child.
