Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vlivu vybraných směrnic v jednotlivých sektorech v České republice. Teoretická část vymezuje definiční charakteristiky práva Evropské unie, především směrnice a jejich transpozici do českého právního řádu, dále popisuje rozhodování a hlasování v EU a lobbistické organizace. The aim of thesis is to evaluate the effect of selected directives in individual sectors in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part defines the defining characteristics of European Union law, especially the directives and their transposition into the Czech rule of law, also describes the decisions and voting in EU and lobbying organization.
