Analysis of the business model, web application.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provedení analýzy business modelu webové aplikace k posouzení a návrhu minimálně schopného produktu. Webová aplikace má ambice stát se globální komunitní platformou, která bude standardem pro získávání, bádaní a uchování artefaktů v digitalizované podobě. Na základě těchto cílů byla bakalářská práce rozdělena do dvou celků - teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části byl definován projekt, postup strategie a metodiky, které budeme aplikovat v praktické části. K splnění cíle byla použita metoda business model Lean Canvas. Díky popisu devíti prvků modelu, které se vzájemně doplňují, bylo možné navrhnout řešení, které by se dalo implementovat k vytvoření minimálně schopného produktu. K tomuto závěru bylo přispěno dílčími analýzami, s hlavním záměrem na poznání cíleného segmentu uživatelů.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the business model of the web application to assess and design the MVP (minimum viable product). The aim of the bachelor thesis was to analyze the business model of the web application for assessment and design of a minimally viable product. The Web application has the ambition to become a global community platform that will be the standard for capturing, researching and preserving artifacts in a digitized form. Based on these goals, the bachelor thesis was divided into two theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part was defined the project, strategy and methodology that we will apply in the practical part. The Lean Canvas business model was used to meet the goal. With the description of nine complementary elements of the model, it will be possible to design a solution that could be implemented to create a minimum viable product. This conclusion was contributed by partial analyzes, with the main aim of knowing the targeted segment of users.
