Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je stres na pracovišti. Úvod je věnován teoretickému pojetí stresu, vymezení problematiky a kontextu stresu na pracovišti. Empirická část popisuje výsledky šetření ve vězeňském prostředí. Zpracování a vyhodnocení výstupů je provedeno formou dotazníků. Pro analýzu stresorů u příslušníků vězeňské služby a jejich porovnání u civilních zaměstnanců je použit pro tento účel konstruovaný dotazník. Pro hodnocení psychické zátěže je použit Meisterův dotazník, za účelem zmapování hlavních stresorů a porovnání míry psychické zátěže u obou skupin zaměstnanců. Na základě zjištěných výstupů z dotazování jsou porovnány stresové faktory cílových skupin a navrženy možné způsoby efektivního zvládání stresu na pracovišti.Cílem práce je zmapování hlavních stresorů, se kterými se setkávají na pracovišti příslušníci Vězeňské služby České republiky ve Věznici Plzeň v porovnání se zaměstnanci v civilním poměru uvnitř organizační jednotky Věznice Plzeň. Poté, na základě zjištěných výstupů z dotazování následuje potvrzení či vyvrácení hypotézy, zda jsou příslušníci ve služebním poměru vystaveni vyšší míře psychické zátěže na pracovišti oproti civilním zaměstnancům.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is stress in the workplace. The introduction is devoted to the theoretical concept of stress, the definition of the issue and the context of stress in the workplace. The empirical part describes the results of the survey in the prison environment. Processing and evaluation of outputs is done in the form of questionnaires. A questionnaire designed for this purpose is used to analyze stressors in members of the prison service and compare them with civilian staff. Meister's questionnaire is used to assess mental stress, in order to map the main stressors and compare the level of mental stress in both groups of employees. Based on the results of the survey, stress factors of target groups are compared and possible ways of effective stress management in the workplace are proposed.The aim of the work is to map the main stressors encountered at the workplace by members of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic in Pilsen Prison in comparison with employees in a civilian relationship within the organizational unit of Pilsen Prison. Then, based on the results of the survey, the hypothesis is confirmed or refuted whether the members of the service are exposed to a higher level of psychological stress in the workplace compared to civilian employees.
