Issues of contemporary primary school teachers connected with schooling

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hlavními problémy, se kterými se současní učitelé 1. stupně základní školy potýkají ve spojení s vlastní výukou. Tyto obtíže mohou vyvstávat jak v oblasti přímé pedagogické činnosti, tak v oblasti nepřímé pedagogické činnosti. Teoretická část charakterizuje pojem učitel z pohledu současného i historického. Dále popisuje různé skupiny učitelů podle délky jejich praxe a rovněž pojem učitelovo pojetí výuky. Proběhne také exkurz do tématu výchovných antinomií E. Finka, dále také stručné mapování výzkumů a výzkumných šetření, která se podobným tématem zabývala dříve. Cílem praktické části je na základě anket zjistit, jaké jsou hlavní problémy současných pedagogů 1. stupně ZŠ spojené s výukou. V následných rozhovorech s vybranými pedagogy je cílem zjistit, jaké jsou podle nich příčiny hlavních problémů a v čem by viděli možné řešení těchto problémů.

Abstract:

The master thesis deals with main problems contemporary teachers deal with in connection with schooling. These problems may arise both from direct teaching time and indirect teaching time. The theoretical part of the theses characterises the definition of a teacher both from the contemporary and the historical view. It also describes different groups of teachers based on the length of their teaching experience and a term called implicit teacher’s theory. There will also be a detour to the subject of Eugene Fink’s antinomies and a summary of other research and research surveys that already dealt with a similar topic. The goal of the practical part is to find out, through polls, what the main problems contemporary primary school teachers deal with are. Based on the results of the polls, the main goal here is to find out through interviews, conducted with a selection of primary school teachers, what the main sources of these problems could be and what possible solutions of those problems they would offer.
