Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice syndromu CAN- syndromu týraných, zneužívaných a zanedbávaných dětí na území České republiky. Shrnuje právní legislativu ČR a její vývoj, v rámci práv dětí a mladistvých. The thesis discusses the issue of syndrome CAN-Child Abuse and neglect, in the Czech Republic. It summarizes the legal legislation of the Czech Republic and its development in the context of the rights of children and adolescents.
