Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu managementu v podnicích na českém a zahraničním trhu. V teoretické části jsou nastíněny základní pojmy managementu, kultury, strategického řízení. Značná pozornost je věnována i motivaci a všech náležitostí s ní související. V praktické části jsou komparovány dva vybrané podniky. Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the analysis of management in companies in the Czech and foreign markets.
